This is the problem many companes are facing today and they don't even realise. Since 1st October 2004 UK companies have been legally obliged to take reasonable measures to ensure their websites are accessible by people with disabilities, and yet most still haven't taken even basic steps towards this goal.
Failure to comply with the DDA could land your company in court. Failing to provide a website all your customers can use will cost you business. It doesn't take much to ensure a website can be used by everyone.
